IS THERE A CHEAPER SHIPMENT ALTERNATIVE TO PRIORITY?

The Priority mailing option is the default setting for all shipments and is the first option listed from the shipment options. Those desiring a less expensive (slower method) of shipment may select from the other options listed when clicking on the arrow and activating the drop menu (see image below), when done one will see all available options (US Shipments only). The more popular choices are First Class & Media Mail options.

COST EFFECTIVE RECOMMENDATIONS:

For packages containing 2-3 CDs select First Class or Media Mail. Media Mail is the slower of the listed rates, arrival time may be affected by 2-3 days, dependent upon location and USPS handling efficiency.

Single item (1 CD purchases), select First Class.

Larger packages exceeding 5 units, select Media Mail.
Select Priority only when the the desire is for expedited delivery or with a multi-CD order placement.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MUSIC?
All downloads are generated and stored within the account created upon completion of purchase. Consumers have the option of full length or single song download choices. All generated links are unique and possess time sensitive data, details are included with each purchase. To select a full CD download, click on Title Name - Digital Download. For singles, check the box beside the desired song. Both choices are accessed on the product page of the title in question (more info button).

DOWNLOADING PROCCEDURE
1 - Login account.
2 - Click on appropriate order number.
3- Scroll down to ORDER DETAILS.
4- Click on each file to download or select the Download All zip file option.



WHERE/HOW DO I ACCESS MY DOWNLOAD LINK?
To access your link please do the following after logging into your account: 
1- Click on Order number provided for the transaction.
2- Under Order Details, locate delivered files
3- Click on file link.
4- Choose location on device or computer to save.

WHEN WILL MY CDS BE SHIPPED TO ME?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement. Arrival depends on location and post office efficiency. Most orders normally arrive within 5-8 business days but is not guaranteed. There are many elements that factor in delivery such as holidays, peak mailing days/seasons, security measures etc. It asked that all packages (Standard shipment USA) be given two weeks to arrive before inquiring. Mail orders may need additional time due to the added time of sending payment in.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Product may be exchanged for identical item purchased for the following reasons: Inability to function (normally playback) Damage to item upon arrival. Item must be packaged as originally sent. Opened items, where applicable, can not be returned.

Digital refunds are only given in the event of dual ordering of the same item. The orders must be identical to obtain the full amount purchased. In the event of order contents not matching between the two orders, only the matching items are refunded as listed in the example below:

Customer purchases Just Live - Moxy & Sevin - All or None

Transction #2 Customer orders Young Joshua - Back To Reality, Just Live - Moxy & Cam - The Platform.

After both purchases the consumer requests a refund for 2nd purchase.

Because of the automatic delivery of digital files with each successful purchase and Just Live's Moxy being the only matching of the two transactions, only the Just Live title refund will be honored from the requested transaction reversal.

All links are sent to the customer's account. For access one must login using the information provided during the account creation process.

Yes. Orders can be made by mail . When requesting by mail the consumer is asked to add the total amount of the retails listed on the site and add the shipping charge that applies to your order. Shipping rates can be viewed on the mail order page of the site. It is asked that all mail orders contact Bus for confirmation of the total. Customers may also order online without using a credit card by going to Paypal.com and setting up an account that allows one to access funds for the placed order to come from a checking account. To order CD’s by mail is easy and fast;

1- Request order form to be sent by email (Excel document).
2- Enter items (title and retail) in appropriate fields.

I’M EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH PAYPAL, IS THERE ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE?
Paypal is a popular of choice for online transactions. It is a separate company from The Bus Shop and has representatives that will assist customers promptly as it relates to personal account matters. However one may opt not to use Paypal during the checkout process by selecting the option which allows for credit card entry. All major credits cards are now accepted.

CAN I USE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL/OTHER ?

Yes. Visit Paypal.com to edit account information that will allow the selected checking account to serve as the primary source of transactions for the account.
